Lambuth closed their  regular season with impressive outings.  They beat West Florida on the road 3-0, and then almost pulled off a big upset over # 1 ranked Bethel.  The Eagles closed out the regular season with a blasting of Tennessee Temple. It was a fitting day to honor five seniors who were such a huge part of the program and its success.

Ben Hanna, Gavin Smith, Cathal Lynch, Daniel Rowlands and Brett Borm played their final home game in the big victory.

Rowlands made 49 appearances for the Eagles in his career. He,  along with Borm were named All-Conference Players of the Week during their careers at LU. Smith received that honor as well.

The Eagled dropped a tough decision in the conference tournament in Phoenix, AZ to end the season at 7-7-1.

Coach Conway commented on the awards and season. " I am really happy for Gavin and Brett. They both deserved the awards. We were disappointed  the way the season ended. We feel we were a better team than our record indicated. We will learn from this year and be better next season. I am grateful to our seniors and the legacy they leave here at Lambuth for future squads".
