Coach Tony Hill announced  former Trenton Peabody and Freed-Hardman player, Rakeshia Perry has signed with the Lady Eagles.

Perry could be available as early as next week.

She was a key member of the Peabody Lady Tide which captured the  TSSAA State Title   in 2004. Perry was an All-District and All-Region performer all four years for Coach Tere Lumley while at  Peabody.

As a freshman for Freed-Hardeman last year she averaged 6.9 points and five rebounds per game. She shot 49% from the field.

Nicknamed the "Rock" by her teammates, Coach Hill hopes she will be just that for his squad. " Rakeshia can play and we are thrilled she has chosen Lambuth to continue her education and career. She will bring us some instant presence in the paint."
