After a heart breaking 8-7 eight inning  loss to Oklahoma Baptist in the first of three games Friday in the Central Baptist Invitational, the Lambuth Lady Eagles could not recover and dropped the next two games on the day.
 
Lambuth lost to Southern Nazarene 8-0 and then fell to Central Baptist 15-3.
 
Lambuth  fell in both games Saturday. The Lady Eagles lost to Rogers State 13-5, and then lost to Lyon 7-4. The five  losses dropped Lambuth to 3-8 on the season.

Lambuth travels to Trevecca Monday for a doubleheader and returns home on the 14th to meet West Alabama. UWA is coached by former Lambuth Head Coach Will Atkinson.
