Nashville, TN – The TranSouth Athletic Conference has released its weekly men’s soccer honors for the week ending Sunday, Sept. 30, 2007.
Ross Hayman of Lambuth University has been named the TranSouth Defensive Player of the Week.
Hayman, a 5'9" junior defender from Glasgow, Scotland, led Lambuth to a 1-0 week with a 1-0 shutout of Martin Methodist College. Hayman's inspirational play has helped lead the Eagles to a 4-0 conference mark and 7-2 overall. Lambuth was receiving votes for the NAIA Top 25 in last week's poll.
