J. W. Hunt of Lambuth University was named the TranSouth and Region XI Offensive Player of the Week this past week.
Hunt, a 5'9 senior forward from Covington, LA., helped lead the Eagles to a 2-0 week with a pair of goals in a 3-2 win over Mid-Continent and an assist in the 2-0 win over Crichton College. His second goal in the MCC match was in overtime for the win. Lambuth is now in a three-way tie for first place in the TranSouth with a 6-1 record and are now 9-4-1 overall.
