
Jackson, Tenn.-The Lambuth University men's and women's basketball teams improved in the latest NAIA National poll, released on Wednesday afternoon. The Lady Eagles, winners of eight straight games moved from # 17 to # 14. The Eagles moved up three spots to # 12.
The Lady Eagles, now 9-4 on the year and 1-0 in conference play meet Freed-Hardeman at the Athletic Center Thursday night and then travel to # 1 ranked Union University Saturday.
The Eagles are 10-1 on the season and 2-0 in conference play. They host the Lions of Freed-Hardeman Thursday night and travel to Union Saturday afternoon for a 4pm. tip-off.
