Four members of the Lady Eagle basketball squad have been named to the TranSouth Scholar Athlete Squad.
 
Heather Scruggs, Mellissa Harrison, Katherine Snodgrass and Kristin Brison were named to the squad as a result of their academic excellence.
 
Coach Joe Reints commented, "These young ladies have done a great job in the classroom and on the court. I am proud of their attitude and hard work. They are all very good players who will continue to excel in all they do."
