The Eagles increased the lead to 20 with a 63-43 advantage and then the game turned as Mid-Continent caught fire behind Casanova Brown. The Cougars cut the lead to 89-86 with under two minutes left and then free-thows by the Eagles enabled Lambuth to hold on for the seven point win.
