B. A. Davis Signs with Eagles
The Lambuth University Football staff continues to work hard even though it is late in the recruiting process. That hard work continues to pay off as Coach Hugh Freeze announced  Friday the signing of Dyer County linebacker, B.A. Davis.

The 6' 215 linebacker also played running back, and handled the punting and kicking duties for the Choctaws.

Davis was a two-time All-Region performer and was  MVP of the region this past season.

He ran for 379 yards and six touchdowns as a running back. He had 88 tackles, five sacks and forced two fumbles as a linebacker. He averaged 33 yards per punt for Dyer County.

Dyer County was 10-2  this past season.

Coach Hugh Freeze commented, " This young man is a player. He  has a nose for the football. We  are so pleased B.A. has chosen Lambuth. He will help us and we look forward to him being a part of our program."
