To say the future of Lambuth golf  looks bright would be an understatement. Coach Andy Farmer has some great talent coming back and the incoming new faces give Lambuth golf fans reason to smile these days.

Two of those newcomers are Heath Lay and Scott Metcalf.

Lay and Metcalf both played in a huge junior tournament in Clarksville, TN recently. The tournament was loaded with some of the best golfers from across the state.

Heath shot 71-72 for a two-day total of 149 which placed 11th in the tournament.

Scott shot 69-71. The two-day total of 140 placed him 4th in the field.

Both youmg men are products from two fine area programs. Lay played at TCA while Metcalf prepped at USJ.

Congratulations to both future Eagle golfers.

Look for the Lambuth golf season to be one of the best in the history of the school.
