Vic Wallace is set to begin his fifteenth year at Lambuth University. Wallace has accumulated an overall record of 173-101-5 in twenty-six years as a head coach. At Lambuth his teams have had outstanding success and have an overall record of 95-56-1 after fourteen years. During Wallace's tenure at Lambuth, his teams have won four conference championships and have made six appearances in the NAIA playoffs ('94 - semifinals, '95 - semifinals, '96- quarterfinals, '99-quarterfinals, '00 - first round, ’03 – first round).
Before coming to Lambuth University, Coach Wallace was the head coach at the University of St. Thomas (1986-1992) and at William and Jewell College (1981-1986).
Wallace is a 1965 graduate of Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa, receiving a B.A. in physical education. In 1970, he received his master's degree in physical education from the University of Northern Iowa. Wallace is also a member of the Cornell College Hall of Fame.
Coach Wallace and his wife, Dee, have three children. They have a daughter, Amy (a graduate of Lambuth University), and two sons, Mark, and Mike.

Jay Emmons - Associate Head Coach
Jay Emmons is set to begin his fifth year as the defensive coordinator for the Eagles. Coach Emmons is no stranger to Lambuth however; he has previously served as the Eagles’ Special Teams Coordinator and the strength and conditioning coach.
Emmons was a member of three conference championship Eagle football teams during his playing days at Lambuth. Emmons graduated from Lambuth in 1997 with a B.S. degree in Chemistry.
Coach Emmons and his wife Rebekah Provost-Emmons currently reside in Jackson, TN.

Hillie Walton - Assistant Coach
Coach Walton is set to begin his tenth season as a member of the Lambuth Eagles football staff. Coach Walton serves as the running backsand this highly motivated coach has been a college football coach for an impressive twenty-nine years. He began his collegiate coaching career at Lane College in 1969 where he served as the Defensive Line Coach.
Coach Walton graduated from Lane College with a B.A. in Counseling and Recreation followed by his completion of a Military Science Degree in the field of Military Leadership from the Tennessee Military Academy.
Coach Walton is married to the former Josephine Haynes of Jackson, TN. They have three daughters and two sons and currently reside in Jackson.

John Thompson - Assistant Coach
John Thompson joined the Lambuth Football staff in 2006 and is in his second year as the Defensive Line Coach & Strength and Cardiovascular Fitness Coordinator.
Thompson is a 2006 graduate of Lambuth University. He played at the University of Louisiana Monroe from 2000 to 2002. He made second team All Sunbelt Conference at ULM.
As a defensive end for the Eagles, John was first team all conference and second team All-American.
John holds Lambuth’s single season all-time sack record. Following his senior season, he was invited to the Cleveland Brown’s Mini Camp.
John currently resides in Jackson and is the proud parent of three-year old, Annabelle Elizabeth Thompson.
Derek Morales - Assistant Coach
Derek Morales is set to begin his first season back wth the Eagles after having served on staff for two previous seasons as the Defensive Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator. He returns to Lambuth after coaching two seasons at Missouri Valley College as the Graduate Assistant Linebackers Coach. During his two years at Missouri Valley, the defense was ranked #1 in the nation in rush defense.
As a Lambuth player from '98-'02, Morales was a four-year starter and three-year all-conference selection at the strong safety/outside linebacker position. Following graduation in 2003, Morales coached the outside linebackers for two years at Lambuth, including the 2003 conference championship squad.
Coach Morales and his wife the former Melanie Goodman of Milan, TN reside in Jackson.

Shane Cowan - Assistant Coach
Coach Shane Cowan returns for his third year on Lambuth’s staff. Last season he coached the Eagles wide receivers. For the 2007 Season, he will be charged with developing and working with the team's quarterbacks.
Coach Cowan played at UTM where he was a freshman All-American and set two OVC records for receiving.
Shane came to Lambuth from Greensville High School in Emporia, VA where he served as QB coach and passing game coordinator.
Ryan Watson - Assistant Coach
Ryan Watson returns to Lambuth after one season as the tight ends coach at North Alabama. UNA won the Gulf South Conference in 2006 and finished the season at 11-1.
The 25-year-old Watson from Loxley, Alabama was an outstanding offensive lineman at Lambuth and graduated in 2002. He served as wide receiver coach from 2003-05.
Watson will be the Assistant Offensive Coordinator this season. Watson is single and resides in Jackson.

Don Pitt - Assistant Coach
Don will be joining the coaching staff full time during the 2007 Season after working as a student assistant last year. Coach Pitt played his senior year at Lambuth and was one of the toughest linemen in Lambuth history.
Coach Pitt spent this past summer playing in the United Indoor League for the Evansville Bluecats as an offensive lineman.
Coach Pitt is single and resides in Jackson, TN.
