Joe Reints is set to begin his third season as Head Coach of the Lambuth Lady Eagles. He was

named head women's basketball coach in July 2005 by Lambuth President Dr. R. Fred Zuker.
During just his second season at the helm, he led the Lady Eagles to a 27-9 finish and a first ever NAIA National Championship. For his role in the team's success and his efforts to turn around the stuggling program, Reints was named the 2007 NAIA Women's Basketball DI Coach of the Year. During his first season at Lambuth, Reints was able to turn the faultering program around to finish 18-14 and the team was once ranked as high as 18 in the National NAIA Poll. Prior to coming to Lambuth, Reints was an Assistant Coach at Texas State University and owner and operator of the Simply Success Basketball School in Yankton, South Dakota.
While at Texas State University, Reints was responsible for recruiting and evaluating high school and junior college student athletes. He prepared the scouting reports on opponents for players and managed the video editing system for scouting, practice, and highlight films. Reints served as the Community Service Coordinator, Director of the Suzanne Fox summer basketball camps and the Junior Bobcat Clinics.
Before going to Texas State as Assistant Coach, Reints implemented daily life lessons into the curriculum of the traveling basketball school, Simply Success Basketball. He was responsible for all aspects of the administration and instruction of the school which had 400 student participants overall.
Coach Reints received a Bachelor of Science in History from South Dakota State University and a Master of Arts from Northern State University. He is single and currently resides in Jackson, TN.
Becky Rogenmoser - Assistant Coach
Becky Rogenmoser is a 2004 Lambuth graduate and an alumnus of the Lady Eagles basketball team. She graduated from Millington Central High School in 1999.
Last year Rogenmoser was an assistant basketball coach for Madison Academic High School under Steve Patterson. Before coaching, she had the opportunity to work with organizations such as Athletes in Action and Fellowship of Christian Athletes by playing basketball for their teams on the mission field. This past semester she spent a month on the misssion field in Port Elizabeth, South Africa working with a local Methodist Church.
Rogenmoser says: "I am excited about learning more basketball and the interaction with the players on the team."
Rogenmoser is the daughter of James and Mary Jo Rogenmoser, and has two sisters; all reside in Millington, TN. She resides in Jackson, TN.
Jeremiah Shirk - Assistant Coach
Jeremiah Shirk was named Assistant Women's Basketball Coach by Head Women's Basketball Coach Joe Reints in the summer of 2007. Shirk replaces Ben Coomes who has taken a position as an assistant at Belmont University in Nashville, TN.
Shirk, from Bloomington, Indiana has been associated with Indiana University athletics since 1995. His roles at IU have ranged from video technician to Director of Women's Basketball Operations. Shirk also worked with the IU football program on several levels. Shirk, a graduate of Indiana University, was varsity manager under the legendary Bobby Knight from 1995-1999. He has also worked various basketball camps with noted programs such as Duke University, Purdue University, Texas Tech University and Indiana University.
Coach Reints says, "Jeremiah is a great young coach who comes from a rich tradition in Indiana. He loves the game and has a passion to learn. His skills are varied, from coaching to administrative duties."
About his time at Lambuth Shrik said "This is an opportunity I am excited about. It was a wonderful time at Indiana but this is a chance to coach at a national power at the NAIA level. Coach Reints has proven himself as one of the bright young minds in the country. It will be a pleasure to work with him at Lambuth."
