Lauren Trouy, a Sophomore Biology and Psychology Major, is one of 4 children and the only girl. She has one older brother named Matt, who is the starting baseball catcher for Christian Brothers University in Memphis, and two younger brothers T. J. and Zack, who are in the seventh and eighth grade. With 3 brothers to deal with, life in the Trouy house is never dull or quiet. Trouy is a very family oriented person and a generally happy one as well. 

 

She has lived in Tennessee her entire life and has never traveled outside the United States.  Trouy says she lives off of french fries and have come to realize she is a pretty picky eater. Her biggest pet peeves are to be continually tapped to get her attention and to be right behind a slow driver in traffic. Her favorite college team is University of Georgia.

Trouy attended high school at Millington Central where she played volleyball her freshman, sophomore, and senior years and cheered her junior year. She was awarded all-district the 3 years she played volleyball and her senior year was awarded MVP, team leader, and all-tournament. She played club ball for four years and I was also the 2006 homecoming queen at MCHS.
