Monica Braun, a junior Criminal Justice Major, was born and raised in Santa Ana, CA, which is a part of the famous Orange County. She went to high school at Santa Ana High School, and continued her higher education at Fullerton Community College for two years, receiving an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Studies. Braun said she chose to come to Lambuth University because of the beautiful campus, volleyball team, and great southern hospitality! Even though she is about 1,879 miles away from home, she says she is very happy with her decision to come to Lambuth.

 

Braun is the the oldest of three children, but four if you include the family dog! Her favorites include Disneyland, pizza, chocolate, sleeping, and watching America’s Next Top Model! She is the daughter of Raymond and Maria Braun of Santa Ana, CA.

 

Monica says: "I also like to crack jokes as my way of opening up to new people. In fact, if I were to describe myself in one word, it would be “silly”. Other than that, I’m just a 'plain Jane' kind of girl and I wouldn’t have it any other way!"
