Allison Jackson is from Sherwood, AR and has lived there her entire life, and is the daughter of Marcus and Linda Jackson. Allison is one of the three girls in her family and the only dancer. Both of her sisters are older than her and live in Nashville, TN and Atlanta, GA. Allison has been dancing for 15 years now going on 16. She has been a competitive dancer for North Little Rock School of Dance for the past 6 years competing in regional and national competitions receiving top honors and many national titles. She has also played just about every sport a girl can with the exception of softball, golf, and tennis. She was a cheerleader for the Arkansas Rolling Razorbacks and much more.
Allison attended high school at Mount Saint Mary Academy in Little Rock, AR. This institution is an all girls Catholic high school ran by the Sisters of Mercy from the St. Louis region. During her time there Allison was part of the Women’s Chorus which gave her the opportunity to go to New York City to sing at Carnegie Hall, as well as at many events with the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra and University of Arkansas at Little Rock and many other events within the city. She has also completed many hours of community service and served as a Student Ambassador all four years and participated in French Club, Y-teens, and the Sunshine Committee .
Allison says "I am very happy to be here at Lambuth University and I am part of the Dance Team as well as the Lambuth Concert Choir. I look very forward to becoming a large part within the Lambuth community. I can’t wait to see everyone show their Eagle Spirit at all the games!!! Go Eagles!!!"
