Known to his teammates as ‘Goldie’, Adam grew up in a rough neighborhood in the West of London. In these hostile conditions Goldie knew that there was only one way to escape the bleak future that lay in wait for him, and had caught so many around him: Soccer.
Using trash cans for goalsposts on the hard cobbled streets, Adam honed his soccer skills to a level which quickly gained recognition from local hometown scouts, looking to offer world class education and the ability to play at the next level abroad.
It wasn’t long before Goldie was given the opportunity to move to the United States, to attend and play at Lenoir-Rhyne College in North Carolina. An opportunity he could not refuse. After shining in his freshmen year, Adam transferred to Lambuth in the Fall of 2006. After a solid year in defense, Adam is looking forward to a successful year in the Eagles’ midfield, “I love it hear at Lambuth. It is like a community in itself. If this isn’t the American Dream, I don’t know what is!”
