The 2007-2008 season will mark Coach Paul Conway's fifth season as head coach at his alma mater,

Lambuth University.
Conway, who hails from Dublin, Ireland came to the program after three years of service as an assistant coach to former Lambuth head coach Richie Grant at the University of Memphis. As a player, Conway played four seasons (1996-1999) at Lambuth University, where he was the team captain and led the team to three consecutive conference championships. Conway was an All-Conference nominee all four years.
Conway is single and resides in Jackson. He has two sisters, Marie and Jackie, who live in Dublin. Marie is married to William Ward and they have a newborn son named Callum. He also has one brother, James, who lives in Dublin with his wife Susan. His parents, Philip and Christina Conway, also reside in Dublin.
