Megan Ladner, a freshman Business Managment major, grew up in Collierville, Tennessee and graduated from Collierville High School class of ‘07. She has an older brother and a younger sister who she is very close with, and she says her mom is one of her best friends.

 

Ladner says she has been playing soccer for as long as she can remember. She played Varsity three years on her high school team and was captain her senior year. During her junior year Collierville High won that state women's soccer championship and the following year the team was state runner-ups. On her club team, Memphis Mercury, she won state and made it to the finals at regionals.

 

Ladner says, "I love running, as well, and was on varsity track for all four years. I ran the 4x800 relay, the mile, and the 800. Our relay team received fourth in state in the 4x800 my junior year."

 

Ladner is the daughter of Kevin and Cheryl Ladner.
