Paul is entering his fourth year as a student athlete at Lambuth University.  In May of 2007 Paul married Glenda Raven on the beautiful campus of Lambuth Univeristy.  Narcisse was in the Air Force for 2 years before coming to Lambuth to pursue his scholastic and athletic endeavors.  He played his high school basketball at Clifton J. Ozen High School, TX.  Paul is the son of Evelyn Marshall and Paul Narcissee III.
