Michael is entering his fourth year at Lambuth University.  Last year he was named to the TranSouth Academic All Conference Team (4.0 GPA).  Prior to Lambuth he played at St. Catharine College under the current Lambuth General, Kevin Burton.  Beasley played his high school basketball at DeSales.  Michael comes from a large extended family, over 20 aunts and uncles and over 30 first cousins.  He has been playing organized basketball since the age of 5.  Michael is the son of Denise Beasley-Mueller.

Michael says, “I am engaged to Chelsea Ringel, our wedding is on May 31^st, 2008.  As a response to the faithfulness of God, we plan on being full-time missionaries in Sierra Leone, Africa.”
