Heather Scruggs, a transfer from Union University, is 20 year old junior at Lambuth. She graduated from Gibson County High School where she participated in basketball, softball, and cross country.
She was raised on a farm in west Tennessee with her younger brother and parents. She loves the outdoors and taking care of animals. She also enjoys swimming, biking, running, hunting, and riding motorcycles. Scruggs loves to play basketball which she has done since she was in the 5th grade.
Scruggs says: "At Lambuth I am majoring in Health and Human Performance and plan to get my graduate degree in Physical Therapy. I hope to some day work as a Physical Therapist/Athletic Trainer and some how be involved with sports."
Scruggs is the daughter of Charles and Sherry Scruggs of Trenton, TN.
