Travis Humes is a left handed pitcher for the Lambuth Eagles pitching staff. Travis is a graduate of Mt. Juliet High School . For his efforts his senior year he was awarded the athlete of the year award in 2006. He is an Education major with a Health and Human Performance minor.
Humes is entering his second year and is ready to compete day in and day out. Travis had some success last year going 3-1 with 4 no decisions. He has done rehab this off-season because of a late '07 season injury and is ready to go in the 2008 season.
Travis is the son of Dee Ann Ferguson and John Humes. He has an older brother John and a younger sister Christine. His mother Dee Anna's husband and Travis's step father is Cal Ferguson. Cal has two children Stephanie and Mikey.
