Lindsey is a transfer from Yuba College in Marysville, CA. She played outfield during her two years at Yuba. She is majoring in Athletic Training and minoring in health and human performance. Lindsey will play leftfield this season for the Eagles, but will see some action in center as well. She helps add speed to the Lambuth outfield as well as a strong bat to the line-up.
Lindsey is the daughter of Lyle and Janine Akin of Gridley, CA. She has a brother, Josh and sister, Emily.
