Jackson, TN - Head Coach John Barlowe announced that four more high school seniors from the Middle Tennessee area have decided to continue their baseball careers at Lambuth University. Each one of these student/athletes will help solidify the foundation that has been built with Lambuth Baseball. The final of the four signees is the lone position player of the group. Jeremy Worden of Donelson Christian Academy will come to Lambuth next fall not only to play baseball, but also will participate in football. Jeremy will be the first player under the Coach Barlowe era to be a two-sport athlete. Jeremy brings great speed to the team. In 19 games this spring Jeremy stole 12 bases. Speed is a trait that was lacking on the 2008 baseball squad and Jeremy will fill that great void. Jeremy is coached by John Berti at DCA.
